When Everyone Wants You Out! by K. Kemper
I, and educators world-wide, wish peace and enlightenment for all. Sometimes, to achieve this, we must temper the common good with one's own desires. [Wonder if that stems from Buddhism?]
I have been fortunate to have traveled to Europe, the Middle East, Canada and Mexico. Having a fair education [college instructor] and a reasonably open mind, I strive to seek solutions to unique problems..
Most of us know the following;
1. Radical followers of religions the world over-- often try to force their beliefs on others.
2. Democracy gives its voters choices.
3. Everyone has his own version of greed.
4. The economically powerful will often "push" war on others to get what they want. We know that throughout world history, those who want others' lands/resources will take it.
5. The middle east's 60 million Muslims want all their land inhabited by other Muslims.
6. Israelis/Jews claim that, centuries previous, their people ruled/occupied the land.
In this article I do not argue the "righteousness" of Israel's claim[s].Israel wants two separate things;to occupy their father's land ANDpeace.
Up till recently, I felt their goals were admirable but illogical. As of now, I find their desires to be illogical, expensive, dangerous and PROBABLY harmful to the entire world. I do not dislike Jews. I do not necessarily like or dislike Arabs. I do like peace. I also agree with "world logic."
Since the Jews re-occupied Israel, the following has occurred;
They have been at war with their neighbors constantly since 1948, that is 59 years. At the same time, the rest of the world has been through evolutionary wars with Baltic nations, Korea, the middle east and so on. When asked, a majority of Arabs throughout the world will say "Jews, get out of our land."
The European Jews were "re-settled" TEMPORARILY" to solve a problem created by Hitler. Americans had no idea how important this land was to the Arabs. And Yes, this re-settlement was forced on a few million nomadic Arabs. Yes, this re-settlement was eminent domain without the fiscal reimbursement.
NOT only did the U.S. help settle Jews onto a land that was occupied, but we accidentally [or on purpose] put enemies next to each other where previously, [in Russia, Germany, etc., the Jews were not living alongside their enemies!
I have written previously that Israel could ideally be re-settled to either N. Kenya or even better, to Mexico's northern latitude, solving many problems for all 3 nations! Nations monitor their borders for attack by rogue nations. Each UN member nation also confers with the UN anytime it feels its borders or resources are being threatened by either a non-UN member or a UN member. Most nations want to get along with their neighbors.
If Israel was to move to Kenya or Mexico, the world would immediately benefit from a cessation of Israel's suicide bombers/weekly attacks, and the following additional benefits would accrue:
a; it's military budget could be cut by 75% since it would no longer have CLOSE-BY enemies;
b; it's fear would be cut by 95% since there would be no Arabs available to be blown up;
or blowing themselves up.
c; the US would no longer have to fiscally or psychologically defend its neighbor across the ocean; thus, the hatred towards the US would be cut [by 95%.]
d; radical Muslims from around the world would have no reason to fight the US in Iraq;
e; radical Muslims in the UK would have no reason to fight the British who help the Jews [stay in Israel].
f; those radical Muslims around the world would no longer have a hate cause and 95% of them would be disbanded.
G. The money Israel and the US and UK spend on defense could go towards their own nations and the gas crisis, and it could go to help destitute African nations;
h; Either the US would win "overnight" in Iraq or the imported radicals would let the Al-queda fighters go it alone and thus, Al Queda would be disbanded or go into hiding until another cause evolved. Osama would be identified and brought to trail since the "get out of Israeli" card would have been played/cashed in.
I. In time, the US transportation rules would be modified and be back to the pre 1990 days when we could get to the airport 15 minutes before a flight.
J. ONLY religious radicals demanding all people become Muslims would be the enemy and Muslim leaders would point them out to help eradicate this pestilence.
HUNDREDS of billions of dollars annually, thus, is tied up in one philosophy that does not work; keeping Israel where it now is. In 20 years, the Arab world has gotten together and decided that since the US won't help force the "Jew question" to be re-settled, it will help out negatively.
Therefore, in conclusion, America, Israel and the UK can continue to spend a large part of its time, financial resources and emotions forcing others to accept things that this tripartite wants to force on the world......... or...to "keep the peace", calm the world, and reduce the huge need to monitor every Muslim or TERROR cell on the earth, they can take the focus of the anger and move it! This paper has suggested moving Israel to the north of Mexico or Kenya as two alternatives-one even solves many American problems!
Fact; Arabs and Muslims the world over, want Israel moved.
Fact; because Arabs and Muslims want this so passionately, they are willing to work with radical groups to send suicide bombers throughout the world to kill anyone and everyone involved in helping keep Jews in Israel!
Fact; the cost to provide protection for the UK, for Israel and for the U.S. just to monitor and have a military focused on seeking Al Queda and other "GET OUT OF Israel radicals" is in the hundreds of millions or billions of dollars annually.
Fact; the world is nervous about radical groups.
Fact; neuroses are being created just because this group has a death wish that is stoppable if we quit feeding their focus;
Fact; businesses, families and myriad associations of people world-wide are being torn apart or harmed just because of the US led tripartite demand to do what it wants.
Fact; Because of the US attitude, we DO seem like bullies around the world, regardless of what our intent is.
Lastly-philosophers have said for ages, two complimentary statements that are very applicable here;
a; The uncontested leader in a contest appears more compassionate and humble and human when -although he can kill at will-chooses not to. [The movie "Shindler's List depicted this well.]
About the Author
B; In driving, we learn "Being right" is not always being right. Sometimes, when we choose to demand our legal rights when we drive, we put everyone in jeopardy. The laws in driving are meant to be fair and equitable and most of all-to keep all participants alive. If one of the participants in a motor vehicle situation is "wronged", it is often a fact that by his DEMAND to his "rights"-in a turn, in a yielding, in a speeding situation, he might well cause all parties to perish. We are taught, therefore, more than to follow the law, to drive defensively! By doing so, we can live long and well as others demand to either drive like idiots or who demand to have "Their rights."
